This page explains how to request deletion of your KshirSetu account and the data held about you.

How to request deletion

Send a request from the mobile number or email registered with your distributor, including your retailer code and shop name:

Requests are normally actioned within 30 days. We may contact you to confirm your identity before acting on a request.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in account and password
• Your registered mobile number
• Your email address, if you gave one
• The notification token registered for your device
• Any deposit receipt images you uploaded

What is kept, and why

Your trading records with your distributor — orders, deposits, dues and ledger entries — are financial records. These must be retained to meet accounting and tax obligations under Indian law, and because they form the shared record of business between you and your distributor.

These records are kept for as long as the law requires. After your account is closed you will no longer be able to sign in to the app, and your personal contact details are removed from active use.
